•  Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request.
• Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
• No Parties or Events: Our apartments are in residential areas; therefore, parties and large gatherings are not permitted.
• Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the acommodation. Designated smoking areas are provided outside; please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
• Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed unless authorised in advanced and are subject to an additional fee. Please check with us in advance if you plan to bring a pet.
• Lost Keys or Access Cards: There is a fee for lost keys or access cards. Please report any lost items immediately.
• Damages and Breakages: Guests are responsible for any damages or breakages during their stay. Please report incidents promptly.
• Respect for Neighbours: Be considerate of our neighbours by keeping noise levels down, especially in shared spaces and common areas.
• Security Measures: Ensure doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the apartment. Report any suspicious activity to management.
• Guest Limit: The number of guests staying must not exceed the maximum specified in your booking unless prior arrangements have been made.
• Environmental Responsibility: Help us conserve energy by turning off lights, heating, and appliances when not in use.
• Appliance Use: Use appliances and amenities as intended. If you're unsure about something, feel free to ask for clarification.
• Rubbish Disposal: Dispose of rubbish in the designated bins provided. Recycling bins are available; please separate recyclables.
• Emergency Procedures: Familiarise yourself with emergency exits and procedures. In case of an emergency, contact emergency services immediately.
• Feedback: We value your feedback! If you encounter any issues during your stay, please notify us promptly so we can address them.
